HILL REPS6:30 The Bowling Green Pub - ALL ABILITIES

The ideal way to develop run speed is with a combination of strength work, speed work and hill reps! All levels welcome… it’s not about speed or distance!

As it is now too dark to run safely in and around Kenworthy Woods, the venue for hill training has
changed to the incline on Mauldeth Road West.
We meet at the Sai Spice Restaurant (previously The Southern pub) on Mauldeth Road West,
Chorlton @ 6.30 p.m. All levels welcome…it’s not about speed or distance!
Please wear hi-viz clothing etc.
Please make sure you do a warm-up jog/run before you arrive. We’ll be using the central reservation
area on Mauldeth Road West, just past the Sai Spice restaurant. The session will consist of drills,
followed by hill reps on the incline leading up to Hough End and finish with stretches (stretchers??).

To avoid any confusion, can you please post if you intend to join us
and also let me know (in good time) if you have to drop out of the session? I will then know who to
expect.
